CAN WE COME IF WE HAVE YET TO DECIDE ON NACM 2019? IS PARTICIPATION REQUIRED

  • You may attend the Advisory Forum regardless of where you are at in your decision making process about NACM 2019. You do not have to be decided or contracted regarding NACM 2019 participation prior to the March 26 Advisory Forum.

  • Participation is required ONLY if you are considering the Advisory Package Option in 2019. Then, at least one person must attend from your college or university to receive the 25% discount.  

GUEST EXPERT AND FACILITATOR

Dr. Laura Jensen

Vice Provost for Planning and Effectiveness

Colorado State University

Dr. Jensen, a CSU alumna, serves as the Vice Provost for Planning and Effectiveness, and is well versed in career, economic, and alumni trends and data, and what campuses need to succeed today. Her CSU service began in 2008 when she served as the Associate Director of Institutional Research. In 2010, she was appointed as the Director of that office and in 2015 was appointed as an Associate Provost broadening her service to the institution. Her current portfolio includes strategic planning, academic program review, accreditation, and institutional research. Before coming to CSU, she worked in institutional research at Front Range Community College and in psychiatric research at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center (now the Anschutz campus). She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in psychology in 1992 and 1996 respectively from the University of Northern Colorado and earned her Ph.D. in education with an emphasis on assessment and program evaluation methodology in 2005.

  • Participants should fly into Denver International Airport  

GROUND TRANSPORTATION 

  • UBER/LYFT transport is quite easy

  • Car Rental Options are Plentiful at DIA

  • There is a Light Rail from DIA to Union Station Downtown every 15 minutes (good option if you plan to stay downtown and UBER to the Forum)

HOTEL RECOMMENDATIONS:

On your own - there is no official Forum Hotel; Do your own Google search for Hotel or Air bnb, or take advantage of our recommendations.

    • Westin DIA - Beautiful luxury at a reasonable price attached to DIA (30 min from Forum)

    • The Crawford Hotel (Luxury Hotel in Union Station)

REGISTRATION

Open to Universities only.  Not open to Employers or Vendors. Up to 5 people may attend from each campus; at least one per campus must attend to receive the advisory package discount. You may attend even if you are yet to decide on your NACM involvement. 

  • COST: $175 per person

  • Registration deadline is March 18
