Partner Success Specialists

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Career Leadership Collective (The Collective), home of The National Alumni Career Mobility (NACM) Survey, seeks two (2) full-time, remote Partner Success Specialists to provide communication and project management continuity throughout the campus partner journey with our survey products. The Collective currently offers the following career-related survey services for US colleges and universities:

NACM 5/10: an annual alumni survey for 5/10 year alumni for campuses and including an annual national report for the field of higher education.

EMBARK: an annual alumni survey of recent college graduates, which includes a NACM core of questions in order to benchmark with the NACM 5/10 survey.

Alumni Career Data Refresh: A file matching service to help colleges increase their knowledge rate of alumni career data
-
Quick Polls and Insights: The Collective also regularly sends out quick polls and surveys on hot topics in the field of career services.
The successful candidate will be a personable, impeccably detailed, tech-savvy professional who is excited to serve a diverse portfolio of partner campuses engaging in our survey services. They will guide survey partners through the full customer experience of our survey process which involves:

Onboarding campus partners into our survey technology and project management systems

Setting-up, administering and providing finishing touches on custom aspects of partner surveys

Hosting check-in meetings with partners about survey metrics and progress

Tracking campus progress to ensure survey projects are completed on specific timelines

Developing new processes and systems for project management, survey administration and data analysis to help scale internal processes.

OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Work directly with campus partners to administer onboarding, survey set-up, custom survey portal approvals, mid-point check-in meetings, data wrap-up meetings, and special data requests

Advise clients on custom survey question development, building-out surveys in platform, utilizing survey logic and piping in our survey instrument, creating audience lists, and scheduling messaging

Assist in preparation of client deliverables such as campus specific reports, dashboards, and data files

Collaborate with analysts to assist with data projects related to preparing national reports and publications
-
Other survey and partner support related project tasks as assigned


REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited higher education institution

Track record of roles and/or accomplishments that display:
-
Impeccable attention to detail in both tasks and client communications
-
Outstanding written and oral communication skills with team members and clients
-
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
-
Ability to answer a high volume client inquiries regularly
-
Ability to effectively organize project tasks with internal staff and external customers
-
High level of comfort facilitating remote meetings with clients

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
-
Master’s degree from an accredited higher education institution

Previous work experience in higher education
-
Previous work experience in a college or university career center with an understanding of career outcome surveys
-
Familiarity with Microsoft office suite with special attention to Excel
-
Familiarity with survey design tools and processes (Alchemer, Qualtrics, etc.)
-
Comfort with hosting remote meetings via platforms such as Zoom, at home in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Ability to quickly adapt and learn the skills needed to succeed

Passionate about helping users understand how to utilize data

$48,000 - $55,000 + benefits
