ASPIRE, a compliment to MASTERMIND, is a focused eight-month program for aspiring career services leaders (assistant directors, coaches, coordinators, associate directors) to grow their leadership depth and assess how they can lead more effectively in career services today.

The Lodges at the YMCA of The Rockies, Estes Park, CO
NOTE: ASPIRE begins at 2:00 pm on Day 1 and ends at 11:30 am on Day 3. It takes 1 hour 45 min to get to Estes Park from DIA in a rental car. It is one of the most beautiful drives in the USA.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests receive a 100% refund or transfer to the next year until February 1, 2026. After February 1, 2026, and until March 12, 2026, registrants are eligible for a 100% credit or 100% transfer to the next year or an 80% refund. Cancellation requests after March 12, 2026, at which time the full lodging, resort, and materials fees must be paid by The Collective, attendees are eligible for an 80% credit, or an 80% transfer to the next year, or a 50% refund.
