THE CAREER EDUCATOR SKILLSET OF THE FUTURE
What type of acumen do career staff need to meet the needs and demands of students today? What skills can maximize your career education team? Career staff teams will go through our three pronged growth curriculum to become holistic career educators as they learn to train their peers, understand instructional design, and implement experiential planning and connection services.
Key Audience: Career Counseling/Advising/Education Teams on the front lines with students. Academic Advisors or other career partners welcome.

CAREER MEETS THE CLASSROOM & CURRICULUM
Career Staff learn specific solutions for better understanding and engaging their faculty; how to weave career thoughtfulness into classroom assignments, activities, and syllabi; and how to work together to maximize high impact experiences connected to courses.

CREATING A CAREER CHAMPIONS SYSTEM ON CAMPUS

COMPREHENSIVES are multi-phased, ongoing facilitations that guide campus stakeholders through the process of identifying, synchronizing, and operationalizing a fresh campus vision for career development.
