TRANSFORM YOUR STAFF RETREATS BY INVITING THE COLLECTIVE TO YOUR CAMPUS

We know that Career Centers use the summer and fall to recharge, transform, strategize, design, and upskill, and we'd love to partner with you to get the most out of your summer retreats or training. Check out the video for information about how we can help. Already interested in learning more? Drop us a line!

WE HELP YOUR TEAM GROW AND UNLOCK THEIR FULL POTENTIAL, EQUIPPING THEM WITH THE NECESSARY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE TO INNOVATE, LEAD, AND GROW.

We offer customized training and professional development services for career teams, career champion networks, university and academic leaders, and other campus constituents. Our training and design sessions are centered on applying High Impact Career Practices to your specific campus environment, and we partner with you to craft customized learning objectives or change management outcomes.

Offering both in-person sprints as well as more extensive hybrid comprehensive trainings, your campus can host our expert team of facilitators for a robust onsite engagement. Additionally, our experts can design a suite of tailored training sessions on relevant topics that help to solve key problems career staff teams are facing.

Strategic Change Management in Career Services

Our Change Management training helps career center directors, and teams, strategically implement meaningful transformation with cultural buy-in and clear action steps. These trainings are customized to each campus and environment.

There is no doubt that higher education is in a time of rapid change. We offer guided sessions to help your campus tailor their change management process to your specific goals and campus stakeholders.

Below are examples of the kinds of changes we help steward:

  • developing and implementing a new strategic plan.

  • synchronizing a new team.

  • moving from a college advising model to a centralized model.

  • integrating academic advising and carer advising.

  • designing and launching a Faculty Champions initiative.

  • aligning Career Services with a new division.

BENEFITS OF INVESTING IN YOUR TEAM

"The Scaling Career Services training with the Collective helped our team and career partners across the University process and work through the idea (and reality) that career discussions are happening everywhere. The session allowed us to take a deep dive into how we can influence those networks of support and leverage them in a way that helps strengthen our own identity at the same time."
