COVID-19 Update on ASPIRE

We are in the midst of postponing ASPIRE to a later date in 2020, TBA in the 2nd week of June. We are currently reaching out to each registrant to understand more about what is happening on your campus and talk through options. If you were planning to register for ASPIRE, please reach out to us so we can tell you more about your options. Thank you for your patience with this unique situation.  We will provide prompt advance communication about any and all changes. You can view our ASPIRE cancellation policy.

ASPIRE Together

Develop Your Leadership Savvy, Change Your Future!

ASPIRE, a compliment to MASTERMIND, is a focused five-month program for aspiring career services leaders (assistant directors, coaches, coordinators, associate directors) to grow their leadership depth, assess how they can lead more effectively in career services today, and explore what it takes to advance in their career.

  • You want to continue to climb the ladder of leadership in career services

  • You are the Top-Level Career Staff in your Office (26 Spots)

  • Note: There are 8 spots for current Career Leaders who report directly to the Top-Level Leader

TRANSPORTATION & LODGING

TRANSPORTATION ON YOUR OWN

  • We recommend renting a car and car pooling with colleagues.

  • Round Trip Shuttle from DIA to Estes Park (Plan ahead, book ahead). If arriving to DIA after 10:00am on June 9, then you should carpool with colleagues or rent a car. 10:00am is the last best shuttle to Estes.

LODGING FAQs

  • Can I get to Estes the night prior or stay an extra night? Yes! The cost is on you, but you can call the Lodge to arrange this after you register and we get you on the roster - we will let you know.

  • Can I bring a partner or kids to stay with me. Yes. While they won't see you much during ASPIRE and will have to buy their own meal tickets,  the YMCA of the Rockies was recently named  the #1 Family Resort in the Country by USA Today.  There are tons of things for partners and kids to do onsite and in the area.  A good excuse to extend your stay.
