ADVANCED LEADERSHIP TRAINING & COMMUNITY
FOR TOP-LEVEL CAREER SERVICES LEADERS
MASTERMIND 2021 IS HAPPENING!
The New Cohort begins August 4-6, 2021 (starting virtually)
To maximize participant safety and participation ability, we will start the 9-month journey with a virtual retreat and finish the journey with an in-person retreat in Estes Park in May of 2022.
Payment can be split into two payments across multiple budget years.
LEADERSHIP GROWTH INTENSIVE
Develop your Career Services leadership competency and community on an extended adventure that provides refreshing expertise and insights into the more complex and challenging issues associated with leading teams and initiatives in the university environment.
The MASTERMIND Journey
GO BEYOND THE BASICS!
Mastermind groups are common across many industries, and leverage the power of facilitated questions, micro-training, and small group dialogue to gain an advanced leadership skillset and mindset that helps navigate complex issues. This is Career Services MASTERMIND!
Amazing Mountain Retreat plus six online events included
MASTERMIND is not a conference, it's a 9-month leadership development experience.
Only 36 Participants may register for MASTERMIND per year; Mastermind is for those who are the leaders of the career center. Any non-top level leaders: Associate Directors, Assistant Director, Coaches and others may attend our ASPIRE Program, geared for those who would like to someday be in the Top Level leader seat.
Participants are placed into a community group (C-Group) with 10 or less colleagues for the duration of the journey.
Participants will interact with multiple leading experts inside and outside the field as they dialogue together through the complexities of advanced leadership.

TRANSPORTATION ON YOUR OWN
We recommend renting a car and car pooling with colleagues.
Round Trip Shuttle from DIA to Estes Park (Plan ahead, book ahead). If arriving to DIA after 10:00am on Day 1, then you should carpool with colleagues or rent a car.
Can I get to Estes the night prior or stay an extra night? Yes! The cost is on you, but you can extend your stay. Contact Wendy at firstname.lastname@example.org to do so.
Can I bring a partner or kids to stay with me. Yes. While they won't see you much during Mastermind and will have to buy their own meal tickets, the YMCA of the Rockies was recently named the #1 Family Resort in the Country by USA Today. There are tons of things for partners and kids to do onsite and in the area. A good excuse to extend your stay.
