Transfer/Cancellation Policy

Any attendee may transfer their registration to another employee at their institution at no cost. Cancellation requests before February 1, 2027, are eligible for a 100% credit or an 80% refund. Cancellation requests before March 28, 2027, are eligible for an 80% credit or can be transferred to another attendee.
