The Career Leadership Collective is thrilled to present Kickstart Amplified to all Kickstart alumni. With six successful cohorts behind us, it's the perfect moment to refresh our collective connection through our core values of education, individual care, and community engagement. During the Kickstart Amplified experience, alumni will have the opportunity to explore the latest trends in career development, network with fellow Kickstart graduates, and discuss their aspirations for future endeavors.

Learning Outcomes:

•  We will start our time by highlighting new trends in career services and discussing how the field is innovatively evolving for students, faculty, and staff.Illuminating the Kickstart Curriculum:

• Kickstart alumni will reflect on professional growth post-Kickstart while also considering how the assessment of Working Genius can contribute to their professional growth as a team member, leader, and individuals. Alumni will have a specialized session on the Working Genius to assess how geniuses are currently represented in the workplace.Professional Development Conversations & how to manage up:

• With the integration of Working Genius, Kickstart alum will proactively goal map desired professional outcomes to strategy.How to leverage the skills gained/built after Kickstart:

• A model for professional sustainability with be shared along with key wellness tips for career services professionals.The importance of lifelines in the Career Services Community:
