Transfer/Cancellation Policy

Any attendee may transfer their registration to another employee at their institution at no cost. Cancellation requests after February 1, 2024, are eligible for a 100% credit or an 80% refund. Cancellation requests after March 31, 2024, are eligible for an 80% credit or can transfer to another attendee.
