NACM 2020 COVID-19 Adaptations
For all current and potential partner schools, the NACM 2020 survey will now open Nov 1 - Dec 31, 2020. The former July 15 open timeline has been moved to provide more decision time for potential partner schools.
CONTRACT DEADLINE FLEXIBILITY
Given that the survey now opens November 1, we are accepting contracts all the way up until October 1, 2020.
PAYMENT TIMING FLEXIBILITY
We are providing maximum flexibility for schools to pay when most makes sense to them. Split payments over 2 budget years, pay at the end of the process, etc.
ALUMNI COMMUNICATION ADAPTATIONS
All communication about the NACM survey to alumni is in the control of each partner school. We will be providing messaging suggestions to ensure sensitivity toward alumni about the crisis. We will also be providing new questions that allow schools to control for the affect of COVID-19 on alumni careers.

What is your Unique Alumni Career Success Story?
The Career Leadership Collective has served over 600 universities since January of 2017. We spent 2 years thoughtfully building and testing NACM. Through listening sessions with hundreds of campus partners during consulting and training projects, we heard a few resounding themes from campus leaders:
First destination data is good, but not enough; and first job data is not representative of the mission of the institution. We need more! We need a new annual success story!
There is a gap in big data understanding about career pathways, and in knowing what colleges and universities have done to influence success at the 5 and 10 year alumni mark.
There is a desire to know how to adapt certain practices based on big data trends on alumni career mobility.
A new annual career success story needs to be told! There is a need to share big career data in state and regional economic meetings, in campus marketing campaigns, and with prospective students and donors.
NACM is providing campuses with this specific data, with peer comparison data, with national data, and with a community that helps them adapt their practices and leverage their data to tell their unique story of success. JOIN THE MOVEMENT!
