DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION STRATEGIES

for Career Services

Strategic Growth Advisory Services

OVERVIEW

There are undoubtedly many dimensions to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) work inside career services. The Career Leadership Collective's specific focus to help DEI efforts uses our strengths in scaling career services as systems consultants. Our team, in collaboration with DEI thought leaders in career services, offers targeted growth advising of equity and inclusion practices in career offices, in order to provide specific solutions that will help career staff maximize their overall diversity practices.
