DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION STRATEGIES

for Career Services

Strategic Growth Services

OVERVIEW

There are undoubtedly many dimensions to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) work inside career services. Since our inception, The Career Leadership Collective's specific focus to help DEI efforts has used our strengths in scaling career services as equitable systems consultants. Our team, in collaboration with DEI thought leaders in career services, offers DEI trainings and targeted growth advising of equity and inclusion practices in career offices, in order to provide specific solutions that will help career staff maximize their overall diversity practices.
