The Career Leadership Collective is stimulating a national conversation and leading innovative change strategies for college and university upper administrators focusing on students' career and future preparation. Our work seeks to provide upper administrators - including provosts, deans, and VPs - with insights, community, and transformative practices that elevate the career preparation of their students, impact recruitment and retention, and better understand their alumni career data and outcomes.
